And when was the last time that happened, exactly? I think I remember a cameo during the "Millenium Giants" Superman crossover that I've otherwise completely forgotten, and maybe he cameoed for a panel in "Guy Gardner: Warrior" and one in Ostrander's "Spectre." A Constantine stand-in was created for the 'elemental' arcs of Firestorm and Captain Atom, 15 years ago; in that time frame, I never remember JC himself having a DCU speaking role other than in *Books of Magic* v.1 from before the Vetigo/DCU split.
