I am not a big fan of Wally West (although I have nothing against him).
Yeah I guess if your basic character concept is “What if Spider-man? And also I don’t have any more ideas because ideas are hard” you should try to make Spider-Flash witty.
I would hardly call Spider-Man badinage "witty".But, regardless, perhaps you are right, MarkAndrew: Spider-Man SHOULD be the only superhero character permitted to be witty.
