Has Captain Marvel ever met Uncle Sam? That, I'd pay to see.

Captain Marvel and Uncle Sam have indeed met. Sam and Cap fought "shoulder to shoulder" in Captain Marvel Adventures #16. Alas, no suggestive imagery on the the cover, though.
