Oh...my...

When, when, when will DC put out a Showcase Presents of the wild and wacky years of The Brave and the Bold? 'Cause I gotta have it.

This is why I love comic books. And also, why I sometimes hate them. But that just makes me love them MORE.

Widow-Maker?!?

But no one in the Batman and Wonder Woman pantheon is married!

PS: I totally wanted to see Batman guest star in Wacky Races when I was a tiny stuffed bull. I guess this issue is the answer!

Oh, just wait, then.

"Widow-Maker Week" is coming!

I'm afraid.
I'm very afraid.

(I have this book. Of course, Scipio knows this, but the Widow Maker is actualy the mean driver of the car pushing Batman off the track. Isn't this the issue in which Batman gets blinded and has to race his car through a tunnel using a blind man's cane??)

Holy Mother of Jesus H. Monkeys. I don't think I'm ready for this. But I can't turn away.

Wasn't James Dean's car nicknamed "The Widow-Maker"? Apparently it was sold a dozen or so times and killed like 5 of the owners and injured the rest. I bet this is James Dean's car's parts or something. God I hope so.

If it's anything like Dr. Domino week, I'm there.

Just so, Mike, just so.

Oh man....See it's wackiness like that that I yearn for from time to time. I know it's too comical and silly for the jaded comics fanbase but i'd love to see that kind of whimsy in my funny books.

Oh and I just love your theme weeks scipio. Can't wait for this one.

Bully,

Batman was married to the daughter of Ra's Al Ghul, Talia.

Oh, I know that, Roel!

And the rassing-frassing Bat deadbeat never sent me a thank you not for the toaster I sent them as a wedding present!

Of course, everyone realizes the hommage Frank Miller piad to this issue with Bruce Wayne's "this would be a good death" scene in The Dark Knight Returns, right?

Um, right?

Anyway, this was actually one of my favorite comics from the era.
