    David, thanks for the kind words! But you know, you don't have to play the game to enjoy these. One of my regular customers gets them just to display them (which I like, because he doesn't care what dial I put 'em on)!

    If you wanted to make another, super-luxe version, perhaps you could use Aerogel for some of the mist.

    A company called United Nuclear is selling small pieces for $40 or $125 each.

    Oh, and if you used Aerogel, you'd probably get a bunch of free publicity from technology geek sites like BoingBoing, Slashdot, and Make. AeroGel is kind of a tech geek favorite these days.

    The main problem might be in figuring out how to cut and shape it.
