STILL the Greatest Villain of All Time...!

  1. Did you know that the voice of Penelope Pitstop is Janet Waldo, who also did the voices of Judy Jetson, Josie McCoy (of Pussycats fame), and Princess (from "Battle of the Planets")? I didn't, until I just looked her up on IMDB.

  2. That. Was. Awesome.

  3. You're damn right.

This red-blooded, all-American he-man has been a Paul Lynde fan ever since the glory days of Hollywood Squares. I bought the Penelope dvd set the day of release.

  4. I protest! I am twice the evil of that man!

  5. Dude, get real. The greatest villain of all time is Starr Saxon. (Who I can easily imagine with Paul Lynde's voice. Either him or David Bowie.)

Dr. Polaris, you are in the Top Five! C'mon, don't get too arrogant. You are in the same universe with some great villains, like Voltron, and Snively Whiplash, and Dick Dastardly, and Butch Cavendish, and Snake Oiler, and Ali Ben Schemer.

But Starr Saxon. Come on. Admit it. The greatest.

  6. Hey! That reminds me! I loaned those electric eels to The Hooded Claw ... and HE NEVER GAVE THEM BACK!

    Curse you, Hooded Claw!

He truly is the most evil among us.

  7. "Starr Saxon."

Never even heard of her; she sounds like a transvestite porn star.

  8. Ocean Master! Dude! It's been a long time! You've been a noshow at our poker games for awhile. What's up with that?

  9. I'd forgotten that Penelope had a Southern accent (well, kind of). I'm even more in love with Janet Waldo now than I was before.

  10. Wow, a Saturday morning cartoon villain actually planning on killing his arch-enemy. That's ten times of evil multiplied by ten times of fun!

  11. Well, Doctor Polaris, I got married and started a little supervillain consulting business. You know, helping out beginner super-villains, helping the Bush Administration get in touch with the right people for Republican seats in the Senate and the House, stuff like that. Keeps me busy.

And I got a puppy! I named him Arthur Jr.

    BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  12. Scipio, you liar! You know darn well who Starr Saxon is. I can tell because you called him "her."

Only someone who knows Starr Saxon would say that.

    (Hint: See Daredevil # 50 to # 52.)

  13. It saddens me no end that no doubt some people will watch that clip and say "Hey, that guy is imitating that alien from American Dad."

Bah! Dick Dastardly alone could beat Saxon any day, and Dastardly can't even stop a pigeon!

Say, anyone know if Janet Waldo voiced Judy in that recent dishwasher (or whatever) commercial with The Jetsons? Sounded just like her

  15. Starr Saxon may not have been the greatest. But he was certainly the most fabulous.

  16. Greatest Villain Ever=Killer Moth. Not even close. No contest.
